Ms. Toole is a vocational and medical case management Rehabilitation Consultant with Advantage Rehabilitation Consultants Limited.  Lynn is also the Rehabilitation Supervisor for Advantage providing other consultants with ongoing direction, goal setting, support and feedback for their case management services. Lynn graduated with honours from Acadia University with a Master of Education Degree in Counselling.  Prior to working with Advantage, Lynn worked as an Employment Counsellor for the Nova Scotia Department of Community Services.  She also worked with the Department as a Vocational Rehabilitation Counsellor and a Caseworker.  Lynn has proven facilitative skills in both group and one on one counselling including creation and implementation of job search workshops and a communication-building group with adolescents. Throughout her career, she has demonstrated excellent rapport-building skills, exceptional organization skills, and effective time and stress management. In addition to her counselling and vocational assessment experience, Lynn has constantly continued to keep abreast in her professional development.  She has created and implemented workshops for the Nova Scotia School Counsellors Association on counselling issues and recently attended a workshop on persons diagnosed with traumatic brain injury. Lynn also holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Dalhousie University and a diploma in Business Management from the Maritime Business School.  Lynn is a certified member of both the Canadian Counselling Association (C.C.C.) and a registered member of the Nova Scotia Association of Professional Counsellors.
