Ms. Kathleen Mahoney is a Vocational and Medical Case Management Consultant with Advantage Rehabilitation Consultants Limited. Kathleen currently holds degrees in Psychology and Sociology; a St. Francis Xavier University silver medalist winner. Kathleen has 18 years of experience working with people with disabilities. Advocacy, counselling and individual program development have been the foundation of a successful career in vocational rehabilitation. Kathleen is experienced as a skilled adult educator and is a certified trainer in non-violent crisis intervention, suicide intervention, life skills training and the victimization of persons with disabilities. Additionally, Kathleen’s 10 years of experience in human resources has provided her with the opportunity to advocate, conciliate and negotiate ensuring ethical business practices were upheld while providing service excellence.  Kathleen’s holistic approach to people care, program development and business management enables her to provide a superior continuity of care in case management delivery.
