Ms. Scott is an Occupational Therapist and Rehabilitation Consultant with Advantage Rehabilitation Consultants Ltd.  Jennifer graduated from Dalhousie University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Occupational Therapy.  Ms. Scott has a broad range of experience in different settings, including clinical experience in areas of arthritis rehabilitation, vocational assessment, inpatient and outpatient mental health assessment and rehabilitation and injury prevention.  Her experience with occupational therapy has included working with The Victoria Arthritis Center, St. Joseph’s Mountain Center for Health Sciences in Hamilton, Functional Rehabilitation Inc in Hamilton and Rehabilitative Ergonomics Inc in Halifax.  Ms. Scott is knowledgeable and experienced in the development of treatment and discharge plans, office ergonomics, principles of joint protection and splint fabrication, job site analysis and ADL prescription and education.  She has worked with diverse populations, including clients with Rheumatoid and Osteoarthritis, traumatic brain injury, Schizophrenia, Bipolar Disorder, Depression and deficits related to cerebral vascular accidents and motor vehicle injuries.  Jennifer is a member of the College of Occupational Therapists of Nova Scotia, Nova Scotia Society of Occupational Therapists and Canadian Association of Occupational Therapists
