Ms. Gayle Hann, of Advantage Rehabilitation Consultants Limited, has been involved in private vocational rehabilitation counsellng in various capacities for over fifteen years.  She has worked as a Vocational Rehabilitation Counsellor with claimants of motor vehicle accidents and those with long-term disabilities.  Ms. Hann has an extensive background in working with the disabled population.  Her experience ranges from the role of Teacher/Therapist, as Supervisor of the Educational/ Vocational Department of a Psychiatric Rehabilitation program to assisting in the implementation of work site changes for clients with physical handicaps, as well as in the areas of job training and supportive employment.  Gayle has also worked as a Counsellor with clients suffering with physical and mental impairments.  In 1997, she co-founded Advantage Rehabilitation Consultants Limited, which today is a provider of private rehabilitation services in the Atlantic Canada region.
